Well, I do this through using a tool called the Strengths Deployment Inventory® and I work in partnership with a company called Total SDI© who’s practices I deliver. I have evidence that when I have worked with companies in this way, the symptoms listed above are reduced and capacity can be found in teams that previously didn’t exist. By paying attention to people’s motivation, their values and their team relations, an agile working environment is created, that is resilient and that can rise to the challenge of pressure and change. My methodology is about understanding the benefits of motivation, values & relationships and how, when these work together effectively in a business, they can truly deliver outcomes. In my practice through Choose to Grow I concentrate on the people who deliver the business results. I pause here and take a moment…………… I think I have the answer! In fact I know I can definitely help….! So my question is, how sustainable is this? How can doing more for less work? Especially if it’s having this impact on the people delivering it?
